「2019全國智慧製造大數據分析競賽」為行政院科技會報辦公室及教育部共同指導舉辦，由漢翔航空、東台精機、公準精密、上銀科技及儀科中心贊助競賽獎金，並提供實證場域數據，透過產業出題促進國內大學校院學生及企業、學研機構接軌產業的實際應用，以創造產官學研互動交流與學習成長的新模式。

本競賽總獎金高達220萬，參賽團隊分為「企業與學研機構組」及「大專與研究生組」二大組別，每組首獎獎金新臺幣50萬元，並頒給教育部獎狀。競賽自5月27日至6月25日開放網路報名。總決賽將於今(108)年9月21日在東海大學舉行，並預定於10月2日在先進製造技術展進行頒獎典禮。

2019全國智慧製造大數據分析競賽作業須知

一、活動宗旨

為推廣「人工智慧」與「大數據分析」相關技術於智慧製造上之應用，並培植國內相關領域之人才，本競賽活動透過學界與產業界之合作，由業界提供實際製造或營運數據，做為競賽使用，供參與競賽之團隊分析，用以培植與發掘智慧製造與大數據分析之優秀人才。

二、辦理單位

主辦單位：東海大學

協辦單位：靜宜大學、國家實驗研究院國家高速網路與計算中心 (以下簡稱國網中心)、國家實驗研究院台灣儀器科技研究中心及教育部智慧製造產業創新提升人才培育計畫辦公室

贊助單位：上銀科技股份有限公司、公準精密工業股份有限公司、東台精機股份有限公司及漢翔航空工業股份有限公司(以上依公司名稱筆畫排序)

協力單位：工業技術研究院

三、參賽資格

本競賽區分為二大組別：

(一)企業與研究機構組：

  1. 企業包含國內外正式合格註冊之公司行號。
  2. 研究機構包含國內大專及技職院校不具學生身分之博士後研究員與各法人單位。
  3. 以1至4名組成團隊報名參加。報名參賽人員需任職於同一企業公司或是研究機構，須附在職證明與公司營業登記證明或法人登記證明或研究機構登記證明。

(二)大專與研究生組：
以國內大專及技職院校以上之相關科系全職（full time）在學學生為參賽對象(須為108年6月30日前之在校學生)，以1至4名學生組成團隊報名參加。報名參賽學生可跨校或跨系所，每人僅限參加一組隊伍，須檢附學生在學證明。每一團隊至少需要有1名指導老師，最多限2名指導老師，每一位指導老師只能指導單一團隊。

(三)限制：

  1. 企業與研究機構組：贊助本競賽活動之廠商與相關企業員工不得報名參加。
  2. 大專與研究生組：參與設定競賽題目及數據之資工團隊或其指導學生不得組隊參加。

五、報名資訊

報名時間：自108年5月27日至108年6月25日止

報名方式：以競賽網路之網路報名為主，並將證明文件寄至主辦單位，108年7月1日(17:00)書面資料須送達，逾期未送達者視同報名無效。

(二)報名表以及證明文件如下：

  1. 團隊報名表 (附件A：可於競賽網站下載)
  2. 個人在職或在校證明 (若是企業公司或法人或學研機構，請檢附營業登記證明或是法人登記證明或學研機構證明)
    *學生在學證明:蓋有註冊章之學生證、學校用印之在學證明。
    *指導老師在職證明:可提供教師證、聘書、在職證明。
  3. 團隊報名表中之全員個人參賽具結書 (附件B：可於競賽網站下載)
    ※以上文件內容須完整填寫並確認各項證明文件已簽名、用印後，並以紙本掛號郵寄至：40704臺中市西屯區臺灣大道四段1727號東海大學808號信箱  電子計算機中心(大數據競賽) 收。

(三)完成報名團隊後，不得任意更換隊名及成員。決賽時團隊成員需有半數以上成員到場，若成員因故無法參加而需更換時，應於決賽前一週通知主辦單位並檢附相關證明；發生更換隊員時，需另填寫『更換隊員同意具結書』（附件C），否則取消團隊參賽資格。

(四)競賽之數據分析工具與環境：

主辦單位將提供進入決賽之團隊一組國網中心的帳號，以便透過國網中心平台進行數據分析與測試，國網中心所提供的環境與分析工具如下(作業系統與各工具軟體正確版本將於8/23公佈於競賽網站):

六、報名資格審查

主辦單位查證文件及資料完整性後，將以e-mail通知審查結果、報名序號及參賽帳號，並於108年7月3日(09:00) 競賽網站公告參賽團隊清單。

七、初賽

(一)主辦單位將在108年7月8日(09:00），於競賽網站公告初賽題目，並於競賽網站平台上提供【初賽訓練數據】予參賽團隊進行分析。

(二)初賽『測驗報告』及『測試結果』格式將於108年7月22日（12:00）於網站公告。

(三)108年7月22日(09:00)競賽網站將提供【初賽測驗數據】供初賽團隊下載進行分析。

(四)108年8月9日(23:59)前參賽團隊繳交初賽『測驗報告』、『測試結果』與『完整程式碼與安裝、執行方式說明文件』，由競賽評審團進行評分與驗證。報告格式將於網站中公告。測試報告之簡報資料不得出現學校系所標誌、提及學校系所、教授姓名及任何可供辨識參賽團隊組織或個人身分的資料或資訊，違者取消參賽資格或由評審會議決議處理方式。

(五)108年8月23日(09:00)在競賽網站將公告進入決賽團隊名單，進入決賽隊伍可以選擇解一組或兩組題目來參加決賽。

(六)108年8月24日(09:00)於競賽網站公告兩組題目之決賽分組團隊名單。

(七)108年8月26日(09:00)主辦單位將通知各團隊的國網中心競賽帳號，於國網中心競賽平台提供【企業訓練數據】，以供決賽團隊進行分析。

八、決賽

(一)決賽時間：108年9月21日

(二)地點：東海大學體育館

(三)當日將提供兩組題目的【企業測驗數據】給予進入決賽之團隊，以進行最後分析或是模型調整，並進行10分鐘簡報，決賽時數據正確率需達85%以上，並由評審團當場檢驗模型原始碼的原創性，方能取得獲得首獎之資格。

(四)競賽評審團將依據【企業測驗數據】的正確率以及簡報內容評選出各組之首獎（各隊簡報僅為查驗方法，評分以數據分析的正確率排名為基準）。

(五)決賽簡報之書面及口頭報告、服裝，均不得使用學校系所標誌、提及學校系所、教授姓名及任何可供辨識參賽者身分的資料，違者取消參賽資格，或由主辦單位及評審會議決定處理方式。

九、頒獎與獎金

(一)頒獎時間訂於108年10月2日，當日公布決賽結果及並舉辦頒獎典禮。

(二)獎項內容：每題各取「企業與研究機構組」及「大專與研究生組」首獎各1隊，首獎每隊頒給獎狀以及獎金新台幣50萬元整；另外頒發不分組特別獎2隊，特別獎由評審團決議，每隊頒給新台幣10萬元整，本競賽總獎金共計新台幣220萬元整。

(三)得獎團隊之權益分配，其獎金領取及分配，應由團隊自行處理。獎金分配由團隊填寫「獎金分配同意書」(附件D) 經團隊全體人員合併簽章「個人領據」(附件E) 後，繳交至主辦單位辦理。所得獎金之相關稅務，依據本國相關稅法執行。

十、權利與義務

(一)參賽團隊之公司與個人、指導老師及參與人員於參與年度針對此競賽所發表之成果，如有衍生發展之專利申請權及專利權、著作權、產品及服務等，提供決賽數據之企業，於參賽年度競賽結束後一年內，享有優先技術轉移及購買權利。

(二)得獎團隊之競賽成果（模型）於競賽結束後3年內不得移轉予提供決賽數據之企業的競爭對手，違反者將被追回獎金與獎項。

十一、其他注意事項

(一)參賽團隊成員務必負責管理自行創作之智財，注意絕無抄襲、盜用、冒名頂替或侵犯他人權益與著作權等情事。參賽作品若經檢舉或告發涉及著作權、專利權及其他智慧財產權等之侵害，將被取消參賽資格，並由參賽者自行負擔法律責任。違反學術倫理及參賽資格者，主辦單位將告知其所屬主管單位，並經由法律程序，請求償還所得之獎金及獎項及其相關的違約責任。

(二)參賽作品於參賽後若有意申請專利等相關事宜，應於報名前或事件發生前主動告知主辦單位聯絡窗口，以作為本計畫結案報告後續成果之追蹤。

(三)參賽隊伍若於競賽期間對本競賽有不當之行為或言論，並造成執行團隊及贊助廠商之商譽及損害發生時，主辦單位有權取消團隊參賽資格，並保留相關法律追訴權利。

(四)本作業須知未規定之事項及任何臨時狀況，由主辦單位於競賽網站即時補述與公告。
